    Off roster prices coming down?

Left CA just 3 months ago and have seen some popular guns NIB for lower prices lately- PPQ under $1K, Legion SAO for under $2K, VP9, Shadow 2 etc. Market saturation? Either way, this is good for CA residents. Any thoughts on why the decline in prices?

Outside of California these guns are common and subject to competition. Prices over the border were always lower. Not sure how that's good fo CA shooters.

People are unloading firearms to stockpile ammo.

I've noticed both rifle and handgun markets are softer than usual at the moment.

The "trump slump." People are not as scared of guns going away with a pro 2a president and a stacked legislature. The market is just evening out. Supply will continue to rise and demand fall. The panic buying days have temporarily slowed for at least the next 4 years. The market has to find it's true groove again before anyone can truly tell where prices will end up. It's a bigger issue than just off rosters going down in price. I think we will see an overall drop.

The buzz eventually wears off and something else will take it's place as the hot pistol....these have been out for a while now and no longer get the crazy attention which will dictate the market prices. Plus you should be buying all the ammo you can get and worry about guns later. I need to follow my own advice but have to do both cant help myself lol

Off roster guns will still be here next year. As was stated, ammo should be the current focus until 12-31-17. Plus with all the " extended deals " from S & W, Springfield, etc. sucking up all the cash right now, Yes, off roster a soft market.

I actually saw a Legion in the handguns market place that did not have that bad of a cali mark up. I was quite surprised and I almost jumped on it.
The liberal see's the glass as half full and tries to take more.
The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!
