    Good luck, buddy
Be patient and let it heal. A deer isn't worth setbacks in your recovery.

Hire a professional slide racker? Maybe someone from Hooters who could use a little extra cash.

Hope you make a quick and full recovery.

Keep training the nondominant hand as well as one handed/nondominant presentation (this should be a must for all shooters) but reloads as well.

And maybe stop riding motorcycles. While being thrilling to ride they unfortunately suffer from "human catapult syndrome" when in "traumatic rapid deceleration."

Dam. Sorry for your trouble. As said, don't push past what is healthy recovery.

Maybe you can get some inspiration from this.

My left shoulder has a ton of scar tissue from 2 dislocations. Although it's not as bad as what happened to you, I (kinda) feel your pain. All I can say is take your time and make sure you stick with the PT. Once the PT is starting to help, look into A.R.T. It helps. A lot.

I know this isn't what you want to hear but you should probably forget the idea of shooting with your right hand/arm/shoulder until you're healed. The last thing you want to do is make the injury worse in the long term because you cut your recovery short.

I used to run drills with an instructor racking one handed on my holster. Used this backplate

It works if you are up for wearing a holster at the range.
