It's also nearly impossible to enforce simply because US-made parts aren't required to say "US-made" on them. So as long as all 13 (or whatever) parts in your shotgun aren't individually stamped "made in Italy" (and they likely aren't, probably only the receiver is) it's essentially impossible to prove without an admission of guilt. Probably why nobody has ever been charged for it, and probably never will (though, I don't wanna be the first)
