Big Plus One to R&B Precision
I just wanted to express my gratitude to R&B Precision for continuing their outstanding customer service.
I called R&B Precision, was greeted respectfully and asked about placing an order for a somewhat custom lower parts kit for an AR build. She told me regretfully that she was out of trigger parts and did not have any complete parts kits. My reply was, awesome, i don't need the trigger parts. So she dropped the price for the kit without the pistol grip and trigger parts. Added my ergo pistol grip & magpul enhanced trigger guard. Quoted me a price, agreed, confirmed shipping & CC number. Told me she would send it out today and i should have it by the weekend. Total conversation lasted about 3 minutes.
Now, a few days prior, i tried to make the exact same order, via phone, with rifle gear. The call went just about the exact opposite of how the above conversation went. And at the end of the conversation i was told, "just use the website". Well i did not use the website and i will not be using your website in the future. R&B Precision has just earned my business for life. They were polite & helpful in the past, present, and I'm sure i can expect the same in the future.
Now I'm sure to be labeled as a whiner, or a troll, or whatever else. I DON'T CARE. We are loosing customer service in this country and that is sad. I don't want to be pointed to a website when i want to speak to a real human being, being personable is important. I don't want to have to jump through hoops so that someone can make money off of my purchase without any effort on their part. Nor, do i want to make anyone's job excessively difficult, that is not my intent.
Well i guess I'm done reaping praise and ranting. Give R&B Precision some business guys, they have earned it through excellent customer service. And if you have a problem with an order they are sure to fix it in a timely manner, they have already proved that to me.
