Why would you sell a family heirloom, especially a firearm? Pass it down through the generations.Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press, and a disarmed populace. -- James Madison
The Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms. -- Samuel Adams, Debates and Proceedings in the Convention of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 86-87 (Pearce and Hale, eds., Boston, 1850)Comment

If it is a long gun in original configuration, you can sell it directly to a C&R FFL w/COE and no PPT required. PM me what you gotLast edited by SkyHawk; 05-22-2017, 8:41 PM.Comment

The first thing you might want to do is find out it's approximate value by posting up a "what's it worth" thread or even just letting us know its make, model and overall condition, here in this thread.
I say that because if you have a rarity and a few people on here saying it's worth a lot of money then you know you can move this up on the priority list take care of it and put the money in your pocket or you might find out it's not worth a lot of money (or least would you think is a lot of money) and change your mind about the whole thing.Comment

Check out the C&R forum here, you can probably find a buyer for whatever it is there.Originally posted by GoodEyeSniperMy neighbors think I'm a construction worker named Bruce.
