I finally found a site that sell them, I am so glad I don't have deal with some Chinese guy in china but an X marine. And yes this are the real thing not propper not true spec but the real issue with IR capability.

There are two types of Propper the fake not NIR capable version( will not work under NV) and the the NIR capable version that will still break up under NV.
Either way it's an aftermarket product, they claim that they supply the military but I rather have the real deal, after washing propper a few times you can see the difference.

Or you could find a local surplus store that some Marine sold his uniforms too. That's what I did a couple years ago!

one problem with that is that you don't know what he or she had washed the uniform in. If you use the wrong detergent you will glow in the dark.

seems the ACU works quite well. as i see at work on a daily basis and at distance the ACU is pretty good.
