Reason 1- It's "concerned" not "conserned". Spelling fail.

Reason 2- The article is about National Guard troops ( State ) not Fed troops. NG does not have the same resources as Fed troops and do not always have the ablility to utilize training areas like NTC or JRTC. Comperhension fail

The NG were planning to use homes of volunteers. People who were willing to help thier friends and nieghbors prepare for deployment overseas.

The National Guard has a Dual function now. It Has become Federalized recently to take commands from the white house. But having soldiers conducting house to house searching is a clear violation of posse comitatus.

New Orleans recently did Mount training a couple weeks prior to this recalled exercise. Almost the same type of training going on here seems strange.
