7.62x54r In the Bay?

I'm in the Bay area for the weekend, Does anyone know where I can pick up some surplus 7.62x54r. I'm staying in Berkeley (I know, but I love it here) and don't want to have to travel into the city... So any surplus ammo within 15 miles of the University...

There's a Big 5 in El Cerrito ((510) 237-3935). You should call them and check. I haven't been in that particular store but I have been trolling other ones for ammo and every Big 5 I go to all I see is that 7.62x54R laying around.

You could buy the ammo online. Even if they don't ship to your area, have them ship to a friend and pick it up. If you go to a store like big 5 you will get ripped off.

The old west gun room in El Cerito has it, or the Big 5, but the Big 5 there makes you fill out a log when you buy ammo.

Triple A's in Vallejo had a tin or two when I was in there yesterday.

He had also just gotten in a shipment of 4 or 5 complete Stag rifles and had 5 stripped lowers on the shelf.
