Gun safe placement, suggestions?

Best location is right next to other other two...

On a serious note...that slab will support more than that safe full of ammo only...

Put it in a corner. Bolt it to the floor and the two adjacent walls. Many safe doors are defeated through pry attacks usually by tipping the safe on its back. Having it bolted in a corner stops tipping and limits leverage angles due to interference with the walls. Get as thick as you can afford sidewall steel.

Great to hear, its just hard to imagine the idea of dropping half a ton in you're house without damage. Thanks folks.

There's enough steel in you concrete slab to sink a ship. Way more reinforced than your driveway that you could park a semi in every night without breaking the concrete. Nothing to fear

Anywhere in the house is fine. I personally like placing safes in corners / confined spaces to make it harder if someone was trying to pry it off the bolts or open it.

+1. pry attacks are the number one method used by thieves. Safes located in corners limit leverage points. Not only bolt to the floor, but bolt to the adjacent walls.
