    Ozark Ordinance

Ozark Ordinance took my order in Nov. 2016 never updated me as to status, cancelled it Mar.3 and never refunded my money, they have not responded to any of my emails, answered their phone or return my calls, here it is April 26 and still nothing.

At this point you need to figure out whether the juice is worth the squeeze in taking them to small claims court. You could try snail mail too if you have a physical address for them.

You just need to figure out if the amount of money they took from you is worth taking off work to go to court to get it back, likely from a state you dont live in.

Seems the company is undergoing ownership/leadership changes. Here is a post from the Better Business Bureau website listing complaints and the claim of redress from Ozark:

You probably paid by credit card . Just dispute charges. Let the Credit card company deal with them .

This. If you can't, send them a letter threatening to take them to court if they don't contact you by phone before xx/xx/xx or issue a refund by xx/xx/xx.

This action slipped my mind. I had to use this in the past and i was able to with great success. Not a bad option and prevents spending money on time and money wasted on lawyers, courts, and days off.

What is their specialty/what drew you to them?
                  Product purchased and price.
                  Promised by?
                  Company contact name(s).
                  Physical address and phone number.
Why have you waited so long?
