ohh really ?? I had no idea.
I had been checking that site every now and then to see when they would list some prices on ammo, but finally just stopped looking. I guess I could call, but when im bored here at work ... it passes the time to rummage around the web

            Price?

I wanted to order some from Aim, but they have that Urban Legend rumor of no ammo sales to O.C. It would be nice if dealers would do their own research, and not just copy some other Distributors false claims.

EDIT 2020: To be fair that seems to apply to many Westerners also.

The Guatemalan is marked $6.95/box of 30 rounds. By buying in quantity and paying cash they lowered the price to $6.00/box. Actually cheaper than AIM due to the sales tax being less than Aim's shipping

Amen. This problem seems to mostly afflict surplus ammo dealers in the Ohio area. Time to give Mythbusters a call.

                  Cool. I'm all over that.

The only info. I could find on the no O.C. is the City of Santa Ana requiring ammo sales to be logged. This could prevent mail order sales for S.A. residents, but how that translates into all of O.C., I have no idea. I've also heard it may actually apply to Orange County, NY. I sent Aim and Century an e-mail to check into it, but that's like trying to get Sportsmans Guide to ship M1 Garand parts to CA. Just ain't going to happen.

My mom lives relatively close to there... I decided to stop by one day. I'll probably go back there and buy some C&R junkers. They have a couple of em.

They are still in business and doing quite well.

Also I don't know about you guys but I eagerly support them for 80% of commercial ammo purchases (I personally reload and don't feel like blowing the dough for a Dillon 650 yet). Their 223 reloads are FLAWLESS and I get amazingly well groupings with them. Surplus ball powder, 55 grainers, CCI hard primers, and the cleanest brass you could imagine. At $48.95 a 250 round box, you can't beat the price and quality!

So has anyone asked them why they pulled their website?

For those of us that do not live next to them, without a website it is hard to shop with them.
