I tried the cheaper version. It was garbage. Changed over to a $20 Condor and it gets the job done but the snaps are a little weak. I might change over to velcro. I like that I can make it double duty as suspenders. Keeps the mags and gun from flopping around and no need for a belt.

I open carry mine. So much more comfortable than other methods.
