This would be worth checking into, especially in States where you can be held civilly liable after a shooting, even if the Grand Jury doesn't return a true Bill; here, if you shoot somebody and the Grand Jury doesn't return a true Bill, you can still face a wrongful death suit. If this would protect in BOTH trials, it would be money well spent.
