    Sight install

Hi everyone. I just purchased some night sights for my glock 19. Does anyone know a reliable place to get them installed in the Long Beach or Cerritos area? Thanks!

For the cost of install you could get a sight pusher and do it yourself. It is super easy.

It is actually very simple. I used a delrin punch for the rear sights and picked up a front sight tool for like 6.00 on Amazon. Here are a set of punches.

Thanks for the info. After watching some youtube videos, you guys are right, it doesn't seem too bad. I plan to do this a few times so I ordered a promising, not too expensive sight pusher and front sight tool. Should be fun

everytime i see someone use a punch on a set of sights filled with a radio luminescence chemical viles

maybe as a gunsmith i use a $800 setup and never destroy a sight or slide...

best bet is have someone push the sights on and never use a punch

Go to a GSSF glock match and they have armorers that will do it for free.

Its a 3/16 nut under the slide low profile holding the front sight.

I have used the Delrin punches on multiple Glock sights and never had an issue they go on and off pretty easy and do not take but some very light taps.

Now I would never use that method on any SA gun as those are a serious PITA and I do send those to the pros but the Glocks are pretty easy.

I usually wait for ammo bros to do the whole, buy sights from us and we install for free deal

Just be careful. You don't want to be that guy who tries to sell a gun and have to add, "small scratch on slide from sight installation."
