Is there a MOA groups website?

After taking a look at the usual AK vs AR arguments on various forums, I have to ask if there is a website that does testing on the average groupings of various firearms using a machine rest. I've seen videos of people with mosin nagants unable to even hit a 2 foot sized target at a hundred yards, so i have to ask what is an acceptable sized grouping for a rifle at 100 yards.

It depends on what you want to hit.

Most of the AK crowd say that if they can hit a man-sized target at 400 yards that they're happy.

For myself, my big game rifles are set up to shoot at least MOA (3 shot groups), my varmint guns <3/4 moa (5 shot groups) and my long range stuff to 1/2 MOA (5 shot groups)

right about now, i've been thinking about getting an sks but then i take a look around at the size of the groupings ppl make, and im wondering what kinda groups should i be expecting with an sks. actually i want to know about the group size of an akm, saiga 7.62x39, sks, ar-15 with a varmit barrel, and an ar-15 with those nice target barrels.
