    storing guns outa state(nevada)

Does anyone know anything about storing guns outa the state of kalifornia.
Looks like nevada is still in america.....store your guns there and have accsess to them at a range there in nevada...close to vegas so the girls can gamble when the guys are shooting. A 5 hour drive as i understand it.....and then a weekend of shooting....any one got info on this kinda set up.???
PS light rail or high speed mono coming soon due to the socialist commie stimulus package.!

If your a resident of California and have purchased all your guns here, then what's the point of storing them in Nevada? They are going to be CA compliant, right? Then just take them with you when you go and bring them back. No big deal.

If you came here from another state(as I did), and didn't bring some of you stuff with you, then it could be a cool option. I would imagine it would be no harder than renting a small storage.

As for the High speed train. DON"T HOLD YOUR BREATHE ON THAT.
I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!

My guess is that the OP wants to buy and shoot stuff that is illegal in Cal. I have thought about this also. I don’t think you can buy anything in Nevada with out a Nevada driver’s license. So I don’t think it would work with out changing residency. But this is just my guess. I have thought about this same thing. But with a condo on the Nevada side of Tahoe.

Someone could buy and keep >10 capacity magazines in Nevada and go there to feed cartridges through them.

No reason you couldn't bring them back with you, just disassemble them prior to entering the State.

As for the OP after reading some of his other threads it turns out he is coming from Florida, and may have a named lower, so his options are either.

1-Sell the gun before coming to California.
2-Leave it in Florida with family(may not be an option)
3-Rent a small storage in Nevada and store it there for use.

The easiest and most economical would be to sell it, and just buy a CA compliant rifle out here, or trade it in Florida for a non listed rifle and just add a BB before entering California.
