actually the 14.5mm Russian would be CA legal with a DD tax stamp. No CADOJ DD permit needed

If not, no problem, CH4D makes dies, I know where to get brass and powder cheap and it's not that hard. If you get the rifle, I'll buy the reloading stuff!
