Not today, but wife and I usually shoot trap there on Sat and alternate Sundays when they're open.

They've been extremely busy, from what I've seen and heard. I've had no problem getting lanes on Tuesday nights (once in the rain last month, and also last week), but a pair of attempts at going on the weekend resulted in me putting things back in the safe and making other plans. Good luck. It might be a bit better now that Highway 9 is re-opened and LARG is more easily accessible as a result.

Twenty five minute wait when we arrived on rifle range at 10:00am. Pistol range had room. When we left at 2:00pm, most of morning crowd had left but new group was showing up.

Sunnyvale R&G is my favorite range in the bay area. Great facility and awesome view on trap range.

Did you ring 100 yard steel from the standing position?

Or go 3-gun style on steel at various ranges? Cuz wild pigs can be like action shooting.

Is this one of those, shoot’em in the corral hunts? I saw it on TV.

I’ve been on a farm raised pheasant hunt where one had to kick the damn bird to get it to fly.

I can’t imagine a corral pig hunt to be any more exciting…

Sure hope there is more too it than that. Talked two buddies into going, hate to think both are going to be giving me crap about it.

also my favorite place to shoot in the bay area. i am biased though.. i was a member there until i moved away. its a working club so everyone that does duty is a member. people are usually friendly, want to help, etc which i really like.
