    registered or not

    It seems that my AR15 was bought from a guy in calif and shiped to here in florida
    The guy in calif registered it before the ban!....now according to the flow chart...its leagal in calif....right.????

    As mentioned in your other thread, No, it only registered to the CA guy. His registration does not pass on to you.

    please answer some of the questions posed in the other thread so that we can figure out exactly what you have and can then give you direct info that applies to what you actually have.

      All it says is WAS it registered.!

        and as I mentioned in the other thread, that may be something that needs to be clarified, that registration only applies to the registrant.

            make and model are the most important thing to determine. If banned by make/model, no way to bring those receivered firearms in. If not banned by make/model, you should be able to get them set up into a CA-legal configuration.
