Ripped off?

Hi All,
Back in December I bought a stripped lower receiver from a Calguns member that was supposed to be shipped to my FFL in January. Long story short, it was never shipped. The seller and his FFL are not returning phone calls or emails. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can rectify this?

Do you have a receipt? Might have to file a police report.

You can give a negative rating and that will hurt future sales by warning others.
That might be enough to work it out.

Otherwise see if one of the mods. might be willing to intervene.

Back in December? It's March. You're just now taking action? Why did you wait so long? I would have been pestering the seller daily after two weeks. If you paid by money order, you're probably screwed. Out the seller!
