Anyone order from Bravo Company recently?

I stopped buying from Bravo Company four years ago because every every package they sent me was stuffed with new US Postal bubble envelopes in a VERY wasteful manner. They were too cheap to buy packaging material, so they'd use like 20-30 US postal envelopes to cushion a box with a AR stock. In the end, we have to pay for their abuse of free postal materials, so I decided to stop buying them.

It is also a violation of federal law:

    Do they still do this?

I think it would depend on the shape of your order but iirc an upper i ordered a couple years back showed up in bubble wrap. Recent stuff like small parts were just loose, which doesnt bother me but i cant perfectly remember. Definitely cushioned by 5000 stickers though

U can always report them. The post office might limit their free supplies

Received a complete upper from them last year and it came bubble wrapped with a hefty amount of kraft type paper over that. Not a single bubble mailer in sight. Maybe they acquired the usps materials from another business that closed down or something? I think usps actually limits the amount you can order at once now.

They use bubble wrap, posters, stickers, and hats now. Definitely not being cheap about it.

It could have also been old stock the USPS no longer desires.

                Seriously.

In a state where firearms owners have become pariah's, and our lifestyle is mocked while we have to teeter on a thin line of legal or illegal we should totally complain about how a company shipped something, maybe report them!
Best case scenario we can get them shut down, or possibly have Californias government ban them from being imported.

My God this state is a waste. Counting the days.

Rather than avoiding Bravo Company for a perceived wrongdoing, you could have asked them why they did it. It is possible you'd have uncovered a logical reason for it (as given above). It's also possible that you could have been a factor in changing their bad behavior. Both are positive things.

                    No.

I ordered some BCM Gunfighter pistol grips directly from them and no USPS materials were used for packaging. You can also buy their products from third-party vendors like Brownell's.
                    Revolvers are not pistols

pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.

I've ordered several times from them the past year, always good packaging. Maybe they saw the light when you stopped ordering from them.

The stuffed my upper shipping box with a free BCG. I'm not sure they were supposed to do that, but I appreciated it.

You know, I found their behavior to be offensive so I stopped buying from them. Now all I'm asking is if they still do this. You could just answer the question, but you don't need to be snide or rude while doing it.
