There is a ProDefensive Firearms shop in Redlands just off Alabama exit, just north of the I-10. It's in the back of a strip mall behind the Denny's/U-haul. The pics look like the inside of the shop (I've been in there a couple times).

The owner and employees were nice enough. Answered any/all questions and were curteous/respectful. They do not sell striped lowers, only complete lowers and/or rifles.

Any dealer is free to ask whatever they want for whatever they want. Good luck getting it though!

if not for people charging more than others people would not be able to buy when they need an item because everyone is out of stock
