No has to be 10 rounder. I just thought it was funny because it does not have a pistol grip, flash hider, ect. I guess since it was specifically named it is a no go

Because Democratic-Socialist politicians feared and demonized the SKS but couldn't fully include it in their specious AWB. So they found a 'loophole' to otherwise hinder their ownership and passed the above-reference addition to the law. As well as teh craptacular 'US made parts' restriction.
