Calling Beretta Firearms

Just a quick question; Have any of you guys, or gals been able to contact Beretta on their 1-800 line? 1-800 237 3882

I have tried on three different occasions and have been on hold for over 25 minutes each time. Then a recorded message comes on and asks me to leave a message and their first available customer service representative will contact me.

This after waiting over 25 minutes each time. I can't imagine law enforcement putting up with this nonsense.

I have now left three messages on their recorder with no return call.

How the hell are you supposed to get ahold of Beretta?

my plastic recoil guide rod broke on my Px4 Storm

i was able to contact a Beretta CS rep and they immediately sent me a new one free of charge - this was about 8 months ago though

also, i mentioned to the guy that i had lost one of my backstraps and he send me one of those free of charge too - Beretta CS has always been top notch, hopefully you can get through

i used the same number you have - best i can say is keep trying, maybe during some of their off peak hours

Absolutely. The time difference has not been a factor in any of my three attempts.
