I bought one from them a couple months ago. Shipped it right to my address in socal. It's sweet.
To make Ca legal, (not sure after 12/31/16) But all you needed to do was create a bullet button by shaving down the plastic mag release so you can't drop mags (like an AR with pistol grip) It's easily reversible to normal if ever needed by buying a new mag release for a couple bucks) and pin the stock in its most open setting since when it's closed its under the 30" OAL.
Or I guess u could do a grip wrap and make sure the stock is pinned open as well, and no vertical grip for featurless.
It's is super fun. Best little 9mm carbine I've tried.
I just keep mine at our house in AZ to avoid dealing with Ca BS and use a 50 round drum.

The fact that the legality of this item is being questioned irritates me to no end, it does nothing to change the function of the gun other than form factor, leaving this state sounds better and better each dayLast edited by norcal77; 02-02-2017, 9:14 PM.NRA Lifetime member

With the collapsible stock and pistol grip, it is a featured build and can not be assembled in CA.
Sorry 4EverPouring3WM, it's over a month too late to put one together.- Rich

What about featurless? Grip wrap and pin the stock open? Make sure u remove the vertical grip. It comes with some crappy foldable vertical grip that's removable. Barrel isn't threaded so no need to deal with flash hiders.Last edited by xxINKxx; 02-02-2017, 10:37 PM."If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so." - Thomas JeffersonComment

the only thing he did wrong was shoot a target in the upper chest and called it center mass. hahahaComment

Nope, it's not good to go in CA unless you can figure out a way to make it a non AW. That means either a fixed magazine or featureless. Either way it would need to be +30" in it's shortest fireable configuration. Or, you could make one into a .22lr and be legal.NRA Certified Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Metallic Cartridge Reloading Instructor

What NFA laws apply to that video? I see none. Only CA AW law and he probably has an AW permit if he sells to LEO.sigpic

My understanding of the gun laws in CA; if it looks really cool and you want one but it makes DeLeon pee his pants when he looks at it - It's illegal to own.sigpic

Um I don't see anything wrong. I've seen videos of CA dealers shooting full auto. I'm guessing these guys have some sort of permit to be exempt from these dumb laws. Either way selling potentially illegal things to the public is kind of scary.Comment

I feel like there is a better way to ask this sort of question without pointing out the perp... Just my opinion, which I'm sure most of you think isn't worth much.Comment
