Huge fan of Glocks and huge fan of the Glock Store and huge fan of Lenny Magill. Met him many times, seems to be a super nice down to earth business owner, and a great all around guy I'd buy a beer any day of the week.
That being said...
I was at the Glock Store the other day and was checking out the Roni kit. I knew the answer but asked anyway, "Is that legal?" Dude answered, "It's legal for me to sell you, it's not legal for you to use in CA." Me:"OK, cool."
Today I came across this video on youtube. It's Lenny assembling one of these Roni kits and shooting it. It's obvious he's in the Glock Store and even says towards the end of the video, hope to see you here in San Diego.
If the video was actually shot in San Diego, which there is no definite proof of, was Lenny breaking the law? Or does being a gun store owner exempt him from the civilian laws?
Again, I'm not trying to snitch on a cool dude that runs a great store, Just genuinely curious about breaking laws on youtube.
