Looking for indoor range near Bell, CA

I'm looking for a place to shoot near Bell, CA

I need the following:
1) I can pick up my brass
2) I can shoot Jacketed Hollow Points or Lead
3) Open till at least 9pm

I'm just finding too many piddly little rules like no picking up brass or FMJ only.
and different pricing depending if I buy their ammo or not.

I think Insight lets you pick up your own brass at least I've seen people do it and it not be an issue and they are open util 10 most nights. They don't allowed the jacketed hollow points or plain lead bullets though.

JR's range has been gone since the early 2000's and stopped selling guns a few years before that.

It's Insights they don't allow non jacketed lead and I think they restrict JHP. Also I think a separate higher price if you bring your own ammo.

Insight only allows FMJ ammo. Using your own ammo doesn't cost more though. You have to use their ammo if you are renting a gun however.

Sharpshooters allows aluminum and steel cased ammo and bimetal jacket bullets.

JR's closed!?!? Damn. Used to go there a lot in the early 90's. It was usually full. I wonder what happened. Anyone have the scoop?

used to go there quite often, went to Italy for 3 years and it was closed when i got back - i found out the hard way, loaded up all my stuff and made the drive over there only to find it closed

seems like quite a few LGS's and ranges went south around that time - i used to shoot at the Long Beach Police shooting range too, then they stopped letting the public go in there

The Long Beach police range closed to "civilians" around 1993.
