I have a cuz who is a retired officer(US Army) he lives in Nevada, he will be coming to visit next month. He has a Springfield 1911 Range Officer 9mm that I would like to have. What are my chances to register for a transfer? Thanks for your help.

If you are legal to own a gun just go to an Ffl and transfer it. I think you need a California resident to be in possession of the gun, not actually the owner of the gun, to fill in for the saleI love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have. -

I thought all out of state firearms had to be transferred/shipped from FFL to FFL but I don't think it's on the roster anyways
