    Springfield 1911 Range Officer 9mm

I have a cuz who is a retired officer(US Army) he lives in Nevada, he will be coming to visit next month. He has a Springfield 1911 Range Officer 9mm that I would like to have. What are my chances to register for a transfer? Thanks for your help.

If you are legal to own a gun just go to an Ffl and transfer it. I think you need a California resident to be in possession of the gun, not actually the owner of the gun, to fill in for the sale
I love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have.

I thought all out of state firearms had to be transferred/shipped from FFL to FFL but I don't think it's on the roster anyways
