Quick question about a COE

I am curious, I think I may have had an idea about the COE that was wrong. As it has served me not at all since I got one.

Just exactly what is the purpose of a COE? Certificate of Eligibility.

The COE allows the holder of a FFL03 to avoid the 10 day wait for C&R firearms, and have C&R long guns shipped to your door without transferring through a FFL01.

thanks, then I have it for the right reason. lol Last few weapons I purchased were not C&R so it makes sense..........
