Didn't we just cover this topic last month?

The price of copper is way up. So is oil. Look for anything that is made of copper to increase in price. If you look at Midway.com you'll see that component prices have gone up a lot too.

Didn't see the topic last month. And I'm discussing what I saw today. Thanks.

Much as we're griping about today's prices , we'll be kicking ourselves next week for not buying it now.

I wonder if all Sports Authorities will price match?

But seriously, isn't $12.88 for 100 rounds a good price? That doesn't sound too expensive for factory 9mm ammo to me. Before tax that's just under 13 cents a round.

my 9mm is about $6.50 a box of 50, and that's the cheapest i've ever found it...

and that's just for Silver Bear...

Ammobros reloads. Usually you get a lower price, the larger the container. The trick is to buy 1000rds or so at a shot.

At least your Wally World still carries ammo. I cleaned out the one in Woodburn recently of Winchester AA's. Same price per box as in Reno but no sales tax in Oregon.

Even though MallWort's prices are going up slightly, they are still WAY lower than most of the major online vendors whose prices are also going up. $6.50 for 50 ($13 for 100) is still a decent price.

After shooting, pick up the brass and sell it on E-bay to recoupe some of the loss. Yes it takes some effort but at least you get some money back.
