How many rounds are on that belt, did they just cut the reload? I love seeing tracers fly

The Degroat brothers know what they're doing, but I'll never be as enthusiastic about any 60 as somebody who never had to carry one.

The newest product improved 60's are far and away better than the 60's we had in 70-71, but the side eject receiver still leaves the receiver full of crap during firing, and it's harder to clear a malfunction - give me a 240 any day of the week.

Um. Do they know we use the M240 now?

of course, but the 60 is a legend in its own right. it should be mentioned from time to time.

Yes, yes. The M60 is rawsome. But I don't understand exactly what their market is. We use the 240 in the Army, so are they trying to market it to like blackwater types?

Even if each shot was 10 cents a round... that's $3,500 worth of ammo spent. $12,250 if 35 cents a round. If only I had the money...

Wow. Imagine what all that ammo weighed! Nowadays when I see pictures of someone carrying anything belt fed I try to do the math in my head as to what any kind of ammo supply would be like considering what I know 1000 rounds of .223 to weigh... then multiply that times whatever then up it for being .308.

Theres still 60s in the arsenal, my platoon had 2.

Ill take the 60 over the 240 anyday, until youve got to break it down, then it sucks.
