    Rarely does a pistol exceed

my expectations out of the box[IMG]
But man I'm in love. Points beautifully, trigger and reset are far superior to most in stock configuration. Grips are nice and sticky; checkering in all the right places. Pistol is beefy and balanced with a beautiful finish even covered with factory gunk. Jury still out on the sights until range time although the front sight acquisition is quick with a few practice draws. Sig did a nice job overall.

Nice OP. I wanted P226 & P229 in .40 but can't afford them now especially with kali-pricing. Anyway, bought the Legion sights and put them on my MK25.

Don't think I would want a pistol that I had to shoot underhand.

Very nice. I've been looking for one, just not at the prices I've seen. I may just try to get the trigger to put in my old p226r instead.

What's your impression on the sights? Any range time with them? The front sight is BRIGHT as a first impression. I dig it.

I think you'll be happy if you can make the swap. You can have my challenge coin

No range time yet since MK25 is a safe queen and a novelty item. I'm a .40 guy so I take my other Sigs to the range. Anyway, I like how it works during daytime because your eyes can easily pick up the front contrasting the rear sight.
If I could afford for couple more, I'd buy them in a heartbeat for my other Sigs, that's how much I like them.

Which model and caliber is the pistol? I have a P227 SAS in .45 ACP and it is an excellent pistol.

Nice gun OP, way back when I went away from DA/SA handguns. Back then I had a P220 and a P229, I sold them but still felt the need to have a P series Sig. I got lucky and found a lightly used P220 Elite SA only, to this day it is the only Sig I own and will not sell it.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

Is that even on the roster? I don't see it there. I absolutely love my P226 Scorpion. Don't really love or hate the FDE, but the trigger is incredible and as far as I was aware, it was the only 9mm 226 on the roster with the SRT.

It is not on the roster, sadly.
