    Render magpul compliant

I;ve got some Magpul 3rd generation that have a permanent rivet limiting the 20 round case to 10 rounds. The bottom plate can be removed to service the springs. With the new regulation will I need to epoxy/superglue permanently closed? Will a permanent rivet with epoxied bottoms be sufficient or does there need to be a block as well?

No law saying exactly what is "permanent." It is all on you to interpret the law. IMO you're G2G with a rivet. But you can always take that extra step of epoxy if you are worried about it

They had rules on the emergency magazine ban (not actually called that just can't remember right now) that got delayed until July, the one they tried to get enforced starting January but quickly decided against after all the calls, emails and letters. It had the definition for it that I assume will be present when it goes through in July.
