kel-tec su16's no where to be found

well, i just went to my local gun dealer, el cajon guns. they do not have any kel-tec's, nor mini-14's, except for one. called about 8 other shops, nobody has anything, and they will not order it because the backorder dates are at best a shot in the dark. supposedly theres a huge backorder not only locally but nationally for these guns.

    want to buy mine?
i don't really want to sell it, but it's better than not making rent at the end of February.

I was just at the gun exchange in san jose today, and they said they had 6 backordered already, so i dont think you would be able to get one from there anytime soon. If you are in the bay area, try REED's. I was there a few weeks ago and they has a few.

actually I just posted up my electric guitar for sale instead since I never play with it and I won't die for lack of an electric guitar.

I doubt anyone would want my su-16 anyway. it's modded out. No front sight (muzzle break) and a non-factory compact fore grip.

thats great news cavtrooper, hopefully i can get down there and buy it before someone on here steals it. lol, thanks man. $450 is a good price too, i can get all the upgrades for it and still be under what california police equip. was selling theirs for.

EDIT: you dont happen to know if they have the compact F/E's and yankee hill comp there?

Its used, had the compact foreend installed already. Pretty sure it was a CA model.

hopefully i dont have any issues with it, i know other people have had good luck getting warranty work done through kel-tec, with no proof they were the original owner.

yeah, convoy. They had a compact foreend in the case too. Had 3-4 complete OL rifles in stock and 2 uppers that I saw.

I was at J&R Sports in Livermore on Sunday and I think they had one up in the rack.

The Kel Tec at the Convoy location was a 22. Call before you go and make sure.
