The OAL of 46" is interesting, the 18" height is a little concerning, but what bothers me the most is that it can't possibly have good ergonomics being only 1/32" wide

Correct, paint used in art must be lead free. Overall length of print is too short, backing used to mount must be non-toxic. The print probably wasn't safety tested via the CA roster, so viewers will be subject to paper cuts.

Not to mention the mere image of the subject will send half the state into a panic.
