    Anybody make it to Ventura?

I did! Picked up a bootleg HK shirt from SOG Arms, a couple a 30/10's from Metroshot, a .308 SA battlepack and 5 boxes of Fed/AE .223 from Miwall, patches, brushes, CLP, and an Otis kit. Also got a few cool books (Global Mission by Hap Arnold, Guadalcanal Diary by Richard Tregaskis) and some jerky (obligated).

Not too much AR stuff. Besides Pat, I think I only saw one guy from (from Sonoma maybe?) selling stripped OLL's, and only a few places selling AR parts, mostly surplus GI stuff, and a few overpriced uppers. Definitely not like the Costa Mesa show last week, where CWS was THE source, and had several tables of all things AR.

I was there. I saw at least 4 different venders selling stripped AR receivers and 2 selling AK receivers.

One table had NDS3 and the NDS yugotype. I think the 3 was around a "C" note. The other was an Ohio Ordnance MK99 but there was no price and I didn't ask.
