    Stripped AR lowers

    Are these a thingbof the past? I thought they were.But I have had to California people tell me they are still legal to sell.One was a gun store and one was a guy in a FB group.

      You can still buy/sell stripped lowers today. They can be made compliant by going featureless, adding new style maglocks/dfm mag, or using a rimfire or bolt action upper.
