Stippling

General question for those of you who have stippled pistol frames: over time, does the stipple texture of the grip wear down with heavy use? I'd hate to have my frame stippled only to find 2 years down the road, the texturing and grip have been worn down.

I'm on the fence about having my G19 stippled. I've been using the rubber Talon grips these last few years, however, I'm finding after a weekend of training, they slide around on you and the corners start to peel off.

Curious to hear the thoughts of those who have gone this route..

Just be careful not to rub on your stipple too hard.

Unless you take sandpaper to it, stippling is extremely unlikely to degrade with normal and common handling of a pistol. The plastic is very hard.

Lmao, I thought the hair grew on your knuckles as a result of vaporized gun lube after firing your stipple?
