I was wondering if anyone could tell me definitively if a Ruger 10/22 would fall under the new featureless laws because I have heard it argued back and forth alot...

Rimfire rifles are not affected by the AW stuff, which is for centerfire guns.
All magazines must be limited to ten rounds, rimfire and centerfire, from Prop 63.
