just curious why you think that?
I recently put together a Fulton Armory AR15...all in it cost retail around $2K.
If someone in Texas wanted to build the same build, it would cost them the same $2K.
If I register it and then go put a few thousand rounds through it and then want to sell it in 2 years as a used AR for some amount less than $2K to anyone outside of CA, why would: 1) anyone lowball me just because I'm in CA, and 2) why would I sell something for significantly less that would have cost the same whether they lived in CA, or TX or UT or....
