Does anyone know how stripped lowers have to be handled?

I'm talking about just the stripped lower that is brand new never built. They are at least four years old and still in the original box

So then they are prior to 2014, so you can build them featureless since State does not know about them. You cannot add a BB to them in 2017. They, unconfigured as they sit, do not have to be registered since they do not fit any of the requirements to be a RAW.

How long? I'd say until we start using slingshots.

So many people keep saying "Governor" Newsom.

I agree he is completely out there and a quack it's not there yet. We can do something. It is not a forgone conclusion. There a couple years he has to screw up and we have to point that out. Don't ***** like the protesters over Trump, VOTE.

Anyone's guess. With the current rate we're going at should be within the next 10 years.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Expect more incremental loses for guns here. Rather than set up a court case, the minds of Excremento will take many more smaller steps to avoid that.

They know the triggers for court cases and will tip-toe around them, after all most of them are lawyers.

In about 2~3 years only bolt rifles will be legal here without RAW registrations. The SCOTUS will be OK with that ban as it fits the 2nd amendment 1790 "musket" category.

If you want to roll back to the "musket" standard for 2A rights, then roll it back for everything. No woman's right to vote, slavery still intact.

Yes, remember mainstream media told us Hillary was a foregone conclusion. Just like the US turned out to not be just California and New York, California isn't just LA and SF.

                                2 years sounds about right.
                                This.

Gov Newsom will not veto any gun control bill handed to him in 2019.
