    Did anyone see Crews reloading ammo on Life tonight?

    I just watched Detective Crews on the NBC show Life melt down the bullet that shot him and then reload it. When he reloaded it, he simply dipped the case into a bowl full of gun powder and filled it up and then packed it with a pencil.

    Good times.

      Don't you see, this is how easy it is to make your own cop killer bullets! This is exactly why we need to serialize ammunition!

      Seriously, I hope some idiot doesn't try to duplicate.

        well, according to reloading tables, you can pack a .223 case full of RL15 and never have too much to shoot a 55gr bullet...

              Reloading isn't so complicated after all.

                  I must be wasting my time using a spoon to scoop powder with. I should just dip my oily hand and a piece of brass into a bowl of powder and fill them up. Can I use the same powder for everything I'm loading. Will Goex ffffg work best?

                      That's the way it used to be done with black powder cartridges.

                        I do the same thing, with Winchester 231 in my .223 reloads while smoking. What could be the problem guys?

                            After seeing that, reloading looks much easier then I thought, I guess I don't need a fancy press and scale. I can pick up my reloading tools at walmart;

                            1. Ceramic Bowl
                            2. #2 Pencil
                            3. Pliers
                            4. Blow Torch/Flint Striker!

                            probably get everything for 29.83 after rollbacks! haha
