Therr was a thread posted yesterday by some one who finished an 80% raw lower and stamped it with harbor freight punches. Cant seem to find it at all can either the OP contact me or can some one link it to me if they find it please

The stamping does not look deep enough.Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Yes, I got the same punches, and to make it deep enough, it distorted the aluminum.

Yup. I thought abouy stamping it. If you want to stamp it, you got to do it before drilling and only on the section that isnt milled out (fcg area). Even then youll have to pount pretty hard to get it to stamp.
