    Saltworks in Hesperia, CA

    Hi Calgunners,

Has anyone dealt with this company in the past? I was trying to order a product of theirs and had a few questions BEFORE I buy, but after weeks of numerous phone calls, left messages and email with NO REPLY I'm basically forced to give up and buy elsewhere.

I realize in California with our new gun laws most firearms / manufacturers and dealers are very busy, However, how can a business operate and have NO customer service whatsoever? I just don't get it and I'm frustrated!!!

Interesting a friend of mine bought a receiver set from them and they were very good to deal with. The trick is to find the FFL dealer for their product. He used lokey in morgan hill, I will say the first receiver showed up and it had a blem that he didnt care for and the guy at lokey made one call and had the new receiver very quickly along with spare parts for the mag release as well as the right size allen to remove them for cerakote. They didnt charge for any of the extra pieces or shipping.

ok- thanks for the reply. I forgot about the search....looks like Saltworks has a BAD rep, I'll just stay away from them completely from all the posts I read. By the looks of the new owner taking place I dont think it will get better because they have NO customer service whatsover.
