    type 06ffl requirements?

    so what is involved in becoming an ammunition manufacturer, specifically in santa clara county? i understand the +11% exise tax, i searched on here for 06ffl, type06 didnt come up with much...

      $30 for three years, register with ITAR for $2250 yearly (even if you don't export you MUST register)

          I just read on one of the other forums on CG that you need to have a DS-2032 (registration) with the Dept of State and pay $2,250 to be in compliance with ITAR

              I noticed Freakshow stated the same thing, but won't quote his postings as he is well known for bad business practices and he owes a ton of people money on a failed group buy some time back.

              I checked with the Dept of State and they said yeap to the requirement for manufactures to pay the ITAR fees.
