Need a TLR1-HL Box

hello all, I bought a TLR1-HL from a private party as a present for someone for Christmas, however it did not come with the box. Being a dork I feel like the present isn't as novel without the box.

Does anyone have a box I could have? i can FTF or pay for Shipping. I'll pay $5 for the box, no need for the parts. Just need the box and manuals/instructions. \
