    Three-barreled Russian gun

Thought this was pretty cool. I wonder if there are any of these in the free market...

Drillings -spelling? - German for three - used to be seen before WWII - not common as dirt but around - very expensive -- I remember a dealer in Switzerland used to advertise used ones once in a while -- That was pre '68 ban-

Drilling - from the German drei (three). The only ones I've ever had in my hands had two shotgun barrels side-by-side and a rifle barrel centered below them. Refers to shoulder-fired weapons. Wikipedia has a decent, but short article.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I've seen these at Imbert & Smithers, they're imports as mentioned and are not cheap. Very nice engraving on them though, very classy looking - dark rich wood with a beautiful finish.

This is it? I have been waiting all this time for 'evil space guns' and this is the best the world has to offer? Screw them, I will just buy an FN FS2000 - at least that one looks like a space gun.

I hope the flying cars are better...

My great grandfather, in the old country, used his Drilling rifle to provide food for the family. It is a very practical game setup with the shotgun cartridge for fowl and rifle cartridge for game mammals.
