maching rifle barrel

I was just wondering if anyone out there know of gunsmith who can machine a rifle barrel to accept a muzzle brake? I have a Remington 783 and enjoy it. Shoots well for what I need it for but I'd like to try and tame that muzzle flip. Any references would be great or any suggestions would help too.

J/K. I'm doubtful of finding a gunsmith who is willing to do a same day service on a weapon on a Sunday. I guess if you have enough money then anyone is willing to do anything. Wish I could help you but I'm in the IE, not OC.
