Clarifying the marijuana question now opens up gun owners who smoke to an interesting legal decision: do they lie on the form, and risk potential prosecution, or do they tell the truth and not own guns.

Trump is going to restore the rule of law in this country and one of the things he's going to do is crack down on any liberal invitation to break Federal Law, like sanctuary cities and the California pot card.

After the sanctuary cities are done away with by refusing Federal money until they comply, the states are going to be a lot less willing to indulge in any push back shenanigans when it come to Federal matters.

I would not be surprised to see the Feds demand - and get - two lists from the State of California: a list of people that own guns, and a list of people that have a pot card.

In short order, anyone whose name is on both lists will be disarmed.

So yes, go right ahead and spark up that joint knowing it'll cost you your guns.

Ha ha, if Trump serves two terms, I predict it will be the Trump Administration that finally de-lists pot altogether.
