Need gunsmith in Sac area

Can somebody recommend me a good gunsmith in the Sacramento area to have a muzzle brake pinned and welded?

not trying to jack this thread but i'm still trying to understand whats going to happen.
i just purchased an AK and its already threaded for a brake. i would like to put a slant brake on it but thats where i'm confused.
do i need to have it welded because the barrel is threaded? i'm assuming a brake is not considered a flash hider.
glad i found this thread because if i need to have it fixed i'm also going to have to call J&G.

Is your plan to go "featureless"? If so, as long as your barrel meets the federal minimum 16" length you don't need to weld anything. Bare threads on a rifle barrel are fine in California, and muzzle brakes are not an "assault rifle" feature per 12276.1 code

i'm not decided yet on the featureless part. also, is there a legal definition for for flash hider and muzzle brake? thats my main concern. if i decide to make my AK featureless i will only have to remove the pistol grip but will still have the muzzle brake and don't want "others" to consider that a flash hider.
